The original unofficial game, MLB Day-to-Day Pickem, is back for its fourth edition on the league website. Pick one team to win each day through the MLB regular season. You get points for correct picks and lose points for incorrect picks with correct pick streaks gaining more points as you go. The only catch is you can't pick the same team to win more than twice in a given game week.
For those that haven't taken part in any previous incarnations of the game, I suggest starting out with the rules page. The number of playoff qualifiers won't be determined until I have a feel for how many participants there will be, but I don't anticipate changing from the usual 25.
I'll get an in-game article about the schedule changes up in the next few days hopefully.
There aren't prizes this season (other than bonus points).

I've updated the available Fantasy Hockey draft times to reflect the projected new start to the season, Saturday, January 19th.

Please let me know which league you'd like to be placed in as soon as possible. I've already begun sending out designations. Once you receive a designation, please get into your league as soon as possible to secure your place in one of our leagues. If you need to switch draft times, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll try to accommodate you. I'll begin sending league designations to those that didn't reply to the draft times thread tomorrow. The first draft is just four days away. If you're eligible for a second team, please keep close watch heading into the weekend as I might be giving out a bevy of second teams on short notice this week.
This season will see each of our leagues capped at 12 teams, with no playoffs. That gives game weeks 15 through 25 for a true round-robin. That development means less championship points from the game will be scored than usual, but it's better than no game.
There will be no Keeper Leagues Fantasy Hockey this season due to the short time frame before the season begins and due to the lack of enough game weeks to complete a serviceable season.
I hope to have the Fantasy Golf standings set up as soon as possible on Wednesday. If you aren't already in one of our groups, please join. ID: 830/Password: 123456.

NFL Playoffs Pickem is now available.
A game score pick portion of the competition has been added. The scoring will be the same as for NFL Pickem for score predictions while the scoring for the original, entry portion of the competition will increase to 30 points for a correct wild card pick, 60 for a correct divisional pick, 90 for a correct conference championship pick and 120 for a correct super bowl pick.
The deadline for entries is January 7th at 4:27 PM EST. After that you can still change your score predictions up until the individual game deadlines.
You can change your score picks using the "Review Your Picks" link, scroll down to the "Game Score Picks" section under the bracket and click the link where your previous score prediction is.
I'll be continuing to work on the game through the weekend to update the scoring systems and displays.

Fantasy NFL Playoffs is now available for the 2012-2013 season. Please let me know of any mistakes or missing players. Those who join the league after December 31st, 2012 can participate, but won't earn any championship points for doing so as they're ineligible for the 2012-2013 season.
The deadline for Wild Card Round lineups is 4:27 PM ET on Saturday.

NFL Playoffs Pickem is set up to accept sign ups and initial entry submissions, but some work still needs to be done to display the full entries. This season will see the debut of a score-pick portion of the game in the same manner (and scoring) as NFL Pickem. I hope to have it completed as soon as possible, but it may take at least until the evening on New Years Day.

With the first two rounds (that matter) of the NCAA Tournament in the books, ASFL2 NCAA Tournament Second Chance Pickem is now available.
The group ID is 3149 and the password is 123456. The deadline to submit your new bracket is 7:15 pm ET on Thursday.
This is last call for those not yet in one of our Fantasy Baseball leagues. There are 14 spots open across the ten leagues that have yet to draft. To ensure your getting a spot, reply to the draft times available thread. Otherwise, watch your inbox for a league designation. Make sure emails from commish@theasfl.com aren't going to your junk/bulk mail folder.
