Membership Levels

Depending on how successful the above endeavors are, I may have to charge for league membership and participation for the 2014-2015 season (the season beginning next January). If that happens, there will still be a set number of games you can play for free, while there'll be a few options for membership levels and payment amounts.

The membership levels will depend on whether or not I do away with the unofficial game distinction. If I don't, unofficial games will be free while the following membership levels would likely be offered:
  • Free: Up to four games (no more than one draft game, one Pickem game and one of Fantasy Golf or NASCAR)
  • Basic: $5 for up to six games (no more than two draft games and two Pickem games)
  • Advanced: $10 for up to 12 games (no more than three draft games)
  • Complete: $15 for every game offered

If the unofficial game destinction is dropped and all games are contested for championship points, bonus points would be used to discount the membership price.
  • Free: Up to seven games (no more than one draft game, one top Pickem game and one of Fantasy Game or NASCAR)
  • Basic: $5 for up to ten games (no more than two draft games and two Pickem games)
  • Advanced: $10 for up to 16 games (no more than three draft games)
  • Complete: $15 for every game offered
  • Ultimate: $20 for every game offered and a guaranteed second team in the draft games.

The prices and game totals might be different depending on any changes in the list of games we offer and where they're offered, especially if a new draft game is added. If bonus points are used to discount the membership prices, the rate would likely be along the lines of 10-15 BP = $1. If bonus points aren't used to discount prices and unofficial games remain a distinction, purchasing a membership would likely relate to free bonus points.

The money would contribute toward improving the website and the games on it. It would also ensure that trophies are able to be awarded and may lead to prizes or discounts for those qualifying and/or succeeding in the ASASFL.

Would you prefer to see the unofficial games distinction stay in the above scenario?
Which price level would you be most likely to choose (factor in your bonus point total from the most recent season to help get a feel for the actual price)?

Please expand or comment on anything from the above here, the more I know on the subject the better.

Two final, fairly random questions.
