| Premier League Week 22 Preview |
10:51 AM ET on 2/3/12 by Nathan Susanto |
Everton's 1-0 victory over Manchester City on
Tuesday night has allowed the chasing pack to close in on
the leaders. A comfortable win for Manchester United means
the defending champions have drawn level on points with
City and in third position Tottenham sits just five points
back. Behind the leading trio, fourth to seventh places
are separated by five points too. Chelsea currently
occupies fourth place but they lay just three points ahead
of Newcastle, who hasn't been in such a position at the
start of February since 2004. Liverpool and Arsenal round
off the standing's top seven.
Remember to make your Premier League Pickem predictions before the deadline of
each game. Week 22's set of fixtures begins with a
Saturday 8 AM ET kickoff at the Emirates with Arsenal
entertaining Blackburn. There are then five 10 AM ET games
at Norwich, QPR, Stoke, West Brom and Wigan. The final
Saturday matchup is between Manchester City and Fulham,
beginning at 12:30 PM ET. Newcastle and Aston Villa meet
in Sunday's first game, starting at 8:30 AM ET. The second
Sunday clash is Manchester United's trip to Chelsea,
kicking off at 11 AM ET. Week 22's fixtures are completed
on Monday with Liverpool hosting Tottenham at Anfield,
with a start time of 3 PM ET.
Here we preview the ten games in the upcoming week of the
English Premier League.

| Premier League Week 21 Preview |
1:16 PM ET on 1/30/12 by Nathan Susanto |
With the January transfer window about to shut,
clubs are making final decisions about who they would like
to buy and who is available to sell. While the transfer
deadline - Tuesday, 11 PM GMT - is looming large, so is
the next round of games in the English Premier League.
Both Manchester clubs have been eliminated from the
domestic cup competitions but they still head the pack in
the standings. On Tuesday, City travels to Everton and
United hosts Stoke. Meanwhile, third in the league Spurs
takes on last-placed Wigan, who lie three points adrift of
eighteenth and nineteenth position.
Don't forget to make your Premier League Pickem predictions before the deadline of
each game. Week 21 games begin on Tuesday with three 2:45
PM ET kickoffs at Swansea, Tottenham and Wolves. Fifteen
minutes later, Stoke takes on Manchester United and
Everton hosts Manchester City. Wednesday sees five more
fixtures, starting with Aston Villa's 2:45 PM ET match
against QPR. That clash is followed by four games with a 3
PM ET start time at Bolton, Sunderland, Blackburn and
Fulham to conclude week 21's proceedings.
Here we preview the ten games in the upcoming week of the
English Premier League.

| Fantasy Golf Standings Update |
10:18 PM ET on 1/29/12 by Jay Soester |
A season high, 82 members had Brandt Snedeker active for a round to earn the tournament win point. Will Kozack had the high score for the week at 181 points, one more than Charles Yelverton. Adam Thomas earned the final week win at 174 points with three others reaching 170 points or more. Snedeker's final round (or perhaps Kyle Stanley's final hole should get the credit?) buoyed the week's average to avoid staying at the poor level seen early in the season. This week's average of 128.878 was the second best so far this season while the high score and week win minimum values were the third best of the four tournaments.

Tyson Hester had the high score of 160 points in what was likely the worst Fantasy Golf week on record. Neal Head with 150 points and Tommie Tubbs at 148 points earned the other week wins while 15 had Mark Wilson for the tournament win point. The average for the week was a measly 95.841 points. All numbers mentioned to this point are the worst marks of the season. If the trend through the first three weeks continues, this is going to be one long season for everyone.

| Premier League Week 20 Preview |
9:29 AM ET on 1/20/12 by Nathan Susanto |
The last time Manchester's two clubs - City and
United - encountered North London's Tottenham and Arsenal,
it was the Mancunians who came out on top with a combined
scoreline of 13-3. The Londoners have the opportunity to
make amends for the humiliation they suffered back in the
last week of August when the four teams clash in the
latest round of English Premier League games. As well as
four of the league's current top five sides facing each
other, there's also a relegation battle in week 20 as
last-placed Wigan journeys to QPR, who are currently
sitting two positions above them.
Don't forget to make your Premier League Pickem predictions before the deadline of
each game. Week 20 begins with a 7:45 AM ET kickoff on
Saturday at Carrow Road, where Norwich hosts Chelsea.
That's followed by six 10 AM ET games at Everton, Fulham,
QPR, Stoke, Sunderland and Wolves. The final encounter of
the day sees Liverpool travel to Bolton and that has a
start time of 12:30 PM ET. The final two clashes of the
week are on Sunday between Manchester and North London.
First, Manchester City entertains Tottenham at 8:30 AM ET.
Finally, Manchester United makes the trip down to the
nation's capital to go head-to-head with Arsenal. The
clash at the Emirates Stadium starts at 11 AM ET.
Here we preview the ten games in the upcoming week of the
English Premier League.

| Game Reminders |
12:02 PM ET on 1/13/12 by Jay Soester |
You know Tebow's a big deal when he gets the Taiwanese animation treatment. The Divisional Round of Fantasy NFL Playoffs is just a day away with the deadline for lineups being 4:27 PM ET on Saturday. Don't forget that you can't use a player (or team defense) that you used in the Wild Card Round. To help everyone remember to get their lineups in on time, I'm also including my favorite Tebow spoof from Conan. Let me know which spoof you prefer.
While we're on game reminders, the first deadline for Fantasy Tennis is this Sunday at 7 PM ET. The Australian Open draws have been announced. Simply reply to the game thread with your eight men and eight women to submit your lineup.
